Shipping Policy
At Rose Fabric, we are dedicated to ensuring your order arrives safely and on time. All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving payment confirmation. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your delivery.
We currently ship orders within the United States from our location in Sacramento, California. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your items and the destination. We primarily use USPS and UPS for deliveries.
Estimated delivery times are 3–7 business days after processing, depending on your location. Please note that delivery times may vary during holidays or due to factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays or weather conditions.
If your order arrives damaged, delayed, or is lost in transit, please contact us at rosefabric27@gmail.com with your order number, and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. Rose Fabric is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier once your order has left our facility, but we will do our best to help.
